I, the parent/guardian of the above-named participant, authorize the Waldorf Ballet Foundation to contact programs and schools listed in this application in relation to the consideration of this scholarship application. I understand that scholarship funds awarded will be paid directly to the program of acceptance, and that all scholarships are conditional to the acceptance and attendance of an eligible training program. The Waldorf Ballet Foundation reserves the right to withdraw and/or reallocate scholarship funds if the recipient does not attend an approved eligible program.

I acknowledge that the evaluation and decisions for these scholarships are based on both the written application and the participant’s performance in the mandatory masterclass. All decisions are final and will be made solely by the impartial guest adjudicator.

Scholarship recipients are expected to give back to the Waldorf Ballet Foundation community by performing at Foundation events when invited, sharing their participation in their program of study through social media with appropriate acknowledgment and tagging of the Foundation, and engaging in other meaningful expressions of gratitude to recognize the support of donors and the community.
